1 cup margarine
2 cups brown sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups rolled oats
1 1/2 cups fine unsweetened coconuts

Directions:

1. Cream margarine, sugar and eggs.
2. Stir in vanilla and dry ingredients.
3. Add oats and coconuts.
4. Bake in oven at 350°F for 10 minutes.
