5 pounds spare ribs, cut in 2-rib pieces
1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup barbecue sauce (we like Loblaws PC Tournament Sauce)
4 tablespoons soya sauce

Directions:
Directions:
1. Brown ribs under broiler 10 minutes each side.
2. Drain and add to crock pot.
3. Pour all remaining ingredients over ribs and stir to mix.
4. Cover and cook on low 6 to 10 hour or high 3 1/2 to 4 hours.
