6 tablespoons butter or margarine
2 tablespoons lemon juice
4 boneless chicken breasts, halved and skinned
1 1/2 cups mushrooms, sliced
3/4 cup chicken broth or stock
1 cup whipping cream
1 tablespoon cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a large skillet, melt 3 tablespoons butter. Stir in 1 tablespoon lemon juice. Add chicken pieces; cook over medium heat until lightly browned. Remove to warm platter. Cover with foil to keep warm.
2. In same skillet, melt remaining 3 tablespoons butter. Stir in 1 tablespoon lemon juice and mushrooms; sauté until slightly cooked. Add chicken broth/stock and whipping cream.
3. In small bowl, dissolve cornstarch mixture and cream into mushroom. Cook 2 to 3 minutes or until slightly thickened. Do not boil.
4. Pour sauce over cooked chicken.
