1 whole fish approximately 1 kg (approximately 2 pounds)

Marinade (A):
1 spring onion, finely chopped
3 slices ginger, finely chopped
2 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons wine

1/2 cup corn flour
1 cucumber, shredded
3 tablespoons oil
3 slices ginger, shredded
2 chilies, shredded

Seasoning sauce (B):
5 tablespoons vinegar
5 tablespoons water
3 tablespoons tomato sauce
1 tablespoon corn flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sesame oil

Directions:
Directions:
1. Clean fish and wash. Make several diagonal cuts to the sides almost touching the bone. Marinade the fish with the ingredients from (A) for 30 minutes.
2. Use 1/2 cup of corn flour to lightly coat the whole fish. Put the fish into hot oil. Fry for 5 minutes. Baste constantly until golden brown on both sides. Place on serving plate. Decorate with cucumber.
3. Heat about oil. Fry ginger and red chilies. Add ingredients (B) to make the sauce. Stir sauce until it thickens. Pour on the fish and serve it hot.
