1 tablespoon soya sauce
1 tablespoon cornstarch
3 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon wine
2 tablespoons oil
1/2 pound steak
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1/4 cup celery, sliced
1 small green pepper, cut 1” square
2 tomatoes, cut into 8 pieces
1/4 cup water chestnuts
1 cup chicken broth
1 1/2 teaspoons ketchup
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix soya sauce, cornstarch and water together.
2. Marinate steak in oil and wine for 15 minutes. Cook steak and remove from pan.
3. Sauté onion, celery, green pepper, tomatoes and water chestnuts. Add broth, cover and steam. Add ketchup, salt, and sugar.
4. Add steak. Thicken with corn starch.
