Ingredients:  
1 1/2 pounds boneless pork, cut into 1” cubes
Kraft oil
salt and pepper
1/2 cup BBQ sauce
1/2 cup syrup from pineapple
1/4 cup vinegar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 can (1 pound or 4 1/2 ounces) Dole pineapple chunks, drained (save syrup)
1 green pepper, cut into strips
cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
1. Brown meat in small amount of oil and salt and pepper.
2. Stir in combined BBQ sauce, pineapple syrup, vinegar and cornstarch. Cover and simmer for 35 minutes.
3. Add pineapple and green pepper.
4. Simmer for 10 minutes longer.
5. Serve with cooked rice.
