Ingredients:  
1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons chopped onion
salt
generous dash of Worcestershire sauce
1 egg


Sweet & Sour Sauce:
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon corn starch
1 (14 ounce) tin pineapple bits
1/3 cup vinegar
1 tablespoon soya sauce
1 small green pepper

Directions:

Directions – Meatballs:
1. Mix ingredients, shape into balls.
2. Cook over medium heat stirring occasionally until brown (approximately 20 minutes).

Directions – Sweet & Sour Sauce:
1. Mix brown sugar and cornstarch in skillet.
2. Stir in pineapple (with syrup), vinegar and soya sauce. Heat to boiling stirring constantly.
3. Reduce heat. Add meatballs. Top with green pepper.
4. Cover and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.


Additional Comments:
Serve with hot cooked rice
