8 to 10 medium potatoes
1 medium onion
1 can corn beef
1 egg, well beaten
Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook potatoes and mash.
2. Chop onion and fry with corn beef.
3. Add cooked mixture to potatoes.
4. Add beaten egg and mix well.
5. Make into patties and brown each side.
6. Serve with poached egg on top with ketchup.
