1 pound shrimps
sake
1 – 2 tablespoon oil
1 cup shredded onion

Ingredients (A):
1 tablespoon fresh garlic, chopped
1 tablespoon ginger, chopped
1 tablespoon green onion

Ingredients (B):
1 tablespoon sake
2 tablespoon ketchup
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon ajinomoto
2 tablespoon water
1/2 teaspoon corn starch

Directions:
Directions:
1. Clean shrimp wash, drain and dry.
2. Heat 2 or 3 teaspoon of oil and fry shrimps with sake for approximately 2 minutes. Remove shrimps.
3. Heat 1 or 2 tablespoon of oil and put in Ingredients (A). Fry at high heat for approximately 1 minute.
4. Add onions and stir.
5. Mix Ingredients (B) well then add to pan and stir.
6. Add shrimps and cook for about 1 minute and serve.
