3 pounds cod fillets
2 eggs
2 teaspoons salt
1 cup cornstarch
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon sherry or sake (optional)
green onions
carrot (cut in slivers)
gobo (cut in slivers)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix fish, eggs, salt, cornstarch, sugar and sake.
2. Add green onions, carrots and gobo.
3. Deep fry.
