1/2 pound sukiyaki meat, diced fine
1 onion, chopped
1 to 2 tablespoons sugar
1 to 2 tablespoons soya sauce
5 eggs
1 handful green beans, french cut
1/2 to 3/4 cup mushrooms, sliced
1/2 cup celery

Directions:
Directions:
1. Fry sukiyaki meat in oil and add sugar and soya sauce. Adjust measurements to taste.
2. Beat eggs.
3. Add vegetables to egg mixture.
4. Add fried meat to egg mixture and mix well.
5. Heat oil in frying pan and drop 1/4 cup egg mixture and fry like pancake.
