Chicken Balls:
1 pound ground chicken
1 small potato, grated
1 medium onion, grated
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons sugar

Sauce:
1/2 cup dashi
3 tablespoons soya sauce
4 tablespoons sugar
1/4 cup mirin
grated ginger

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix ingredients for Chicken Balls together thoroughly and form into small balls. Deep fry.
2. Mix ingredients for Sauce in pan.
3. Put Chicken Balls in pan with sauce and simmer on low heat until all the liquid is gone and the balls are well coated with sauce.
