4 to 5 large ripe tomatoes
1 pound sukiyaki meat
3 to 4 tablespoons sugar
1 to 2 tablespoons ketchup
2 teaspoons cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
1. Blanche tomatoes, peel skin and slice into wedges.
2. Fry sukiyaki meat until just browned and then remove from pan.
3. Add 2 tomatoes and mash.
4. Add sugar and ketchup, to taste. If dry, add water.
5. Thicken with cornstarch.
6. Add remaining tomato wedges and cooked meat.
7. Heat and serve.
