1 lb. stew meat
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/3 soup can water
1/2 cup sour cream
Rice or noodles
Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in baking dish (no need to brown meat). Cover and bake at 275 for 3-4 hours. Flavor and tenderness depend on SLOW cooking.
Stir in sour cream just before serving over rice or noodles.
