4 eggs
2 T. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
dash, pepper
1 T. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 4 ingredients, whisk briskly until blended. Melt butter in an 8-inch skillet over medium heat, tilting pan to coat bottom; pour in egg mixture. Cook without stirring until mixture begins to set on bottom. Draw a spatula across bottom of pan to form large curds. Continue cooking until eggs are thickened and firm but still moist. (Do not stir too much or overcook.) May top with shredded cheddar cheese.

No one makes scrambled eggs as well as our Mother! Hers are light, fluffy and moist every time. She often cooked bacon in the skillet first and then fixed the eggs with the drippings. -PJV
