2 1/2 tsp coarse black pepper
2 1/2 tbsp crushed red pepper
2 1/2 tbsp fennel
2 tbsp salt
5 lbs ground Boston butt pork

½Mix it all together and insert into sausage casings.

Optionally, 2 tsp of garlic powder can be added, but Grandma didn't use it.
