1 cake yeast (for a good flavor)
1 pkg. dry yeast (dissolved in 1 c warm water)
Scald 1 1/2 c milk and 1/2 c sugar
1 T salt
3/4 c shortening
7 c flour

Directions:
Directions:
Combine with yeast and water. Knead well on board working toward center all the time. Place in warm place. Cover with a cloth and let rise until double. Work down and make into any shape rolls.
