2 envelopes (small) Knox gelatin
4 T. cold water
1 c. boiling water
1 c. pineapple juice
1 c. sugar
Juice of one lemon
1 c. drained crushed pineapple
1/2 tsp. salt
2 boxes Dream Whip
Purchased angel food cake (recipe says it will cost 39 cents!)

Directions:
Dissolve 2 envelopes of small Knox Gelatin in 4 T. cold water. Then add 1 c. boiling water and let cool.
Then add 1 c. pineapple juice, 1 c. sugar, juice of one lemon, 1 c. drained,crushed pineapple, 1/2 tsp. salt.
Mix and put in refrigerator to cool.
When thick, add 2 boxes Dream Whip, whipped stiff.
Line a bowl with waxed paper. Remove all brown from a purchased angel food cake. Break cake into small pieces and start with cake in bottom of bowl, and alternate with cream mixture. Put in refrigerator overnight.
Turn out on cake plate and frost with 1 pkg Dream Whip and cover with coconut and refrigerate.
