6 Rhodes Texas Rolls
3 tbsp. white sugar
1 grated peel of medium lemon
Marmalade or Apricot Jam
Vanilla Glaze

Directions:
Cut one Texas toll in half, and roll one half into ball for center. Cut other half into six pieces. Roll into balls and surround center. Cut five Texas rolls in half, arrange around center. Spray with butter-flavored non stick cooking spray. Mix sugar and lemon peel, and sprinkle over flower. Let rise until double (about one hour). Depress center of each petal. Scoop 1/2 tsp. marmalade or jam into each petal. Bake at 350º for 15-20 minutes. While warm, glaze with mixture of 1/2 cup powdered sugar, 1/2 tsp. vanilla, 1 tbsp. melted butter, and 4 tbsp. hot water. Glaze should be runny.
