2/3 cup dry milk
1 cup pumpkin
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 tbsp. + 1 tsp. brown sugar
6 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp. baking soda
1 cup grated carrots
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp.cloves
4 tbsp. raisins or pineapple

Mix all ingredients. Spray with pam and fill half full in muffin pan. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes.
