1 qt. heavy whipping cream
2 boxes instant pudding (original size)
1 box puff pastry sheets
powdered sugar

Let puff pastry sheets sit for 30 minutes on counter while preheating oven to 450º. Unfold and cut on creases, you will have 6 individual sheets. cook 3 at a time on ungreased cookie sheet for 10-15 minutes until puffed and light golden brown. Let cool.

While pastry is cooling place cream and pudding in mixer and beat together until mixture is thick like butter.

Cut pastry in half lengthwise. Spoon filling into one side and place the other half on top. Cut into 3-4 inch sections and sprinkle with sugar.
