1 c. Oil
3 Eggs
1 ¾ c. Sugar
2 c. Flour
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1 tsp. Baking Soda
½ c. Chopped Nuts
4 Apples, pared and sliced
Powdered sugar (for decoration)

Directions:
Grease 9x 13 pan – Pre-heat oven to 350⁰. Beat together sugar, oil & eggs. Sift together dry ingredients (Sugar, Flour, Cinnamon, Baking Soda). Stir into sugar/oil/egg mixture by hand. Add apples & nuts. Bake for 1 hour. Cool before cutting into squares. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
