3 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup white syrup
2/3 cup water
pinch salt

Directions:
Directions:
Stir until dissolved. Remove spoon. Cook until 240 degrees - soft ball stage. Beat 2 large egg whites until stiff. Pour 1/2 of boiled mixture slowly over egg whites beating continually. Return the other half to stove and cook to 265 degrees - hard ball stage. Then pour it over egg white mixture. Add 1 tsp vanilla and beat until it is stiff enough to spoon out. Ad 1/2 cup nuts before it is stiff.
