1 medium onion
2 tbsp. oil
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 c. lemon juice
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1 c. Ketchup
3 tbsp. Worchestershire Sauce
1/2 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 c. water
1/2 c. celery - chopped fine
salt & pepper to taste
1/4 c. oil
2 lbs. chicken
1/2 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil and add finely chopped onion.
Saute until golden brown.
Combine in sauce pan:
vinegar, lemon juice, brown sugar, catsup, Worchestershire Sauce, prepared mustard, water & celery. Salt & pepper to taste.
Add sauted onion and simmer mixture for 30 minutes.
Flour chicken and brown in 1/4 c. hot oil.
Place browned chicken in baking dish. Pour sauce over top.
Bake @ 325º for 1 hour.
