1-14 oz. can of artichokes
1 cup grated Mozzarella cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
8 oz. cream cheese (at room temperature)
½ cup mayonnaise
¾ cup salsa
6 drops hot sauce (or just use hot salsa)
4 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
1 teaspoon lemon juice
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Drain the artichokes and finely chop.
Mix with Mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses and salsa.
In a separate bowl blend the cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic and lemon juice until smooth.
Fold in the rest of the ingredients.
Put in an 8 X 8 inch pan. Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake for 35 minutes at 350 º F.
Serve with corn chips or pieces of crusty bread.
