1 c ketchup
3 Tbsp molasses
1 Tbsp cider vinegar
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp dark brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp hot pepper sauce (such as Tabasco)
1/4 tsp liquid smoke
4 lbs country-style pork ribs

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl, stir together all sauce ingredients.
Place pork ribs in slow cooker insert and pour 1 cup barbecue sauce over top (reserving remaining sauce for later). Cover and cook on HIGH for 6 hours or LOW for 9 hours or until very tender. Remove ribs from slow cooker and brush with reserved barbecue sauce (about 1/2 cup).
