1 8-ounce can tomato sauce
2 - 3 tablespoons wine vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons minced onion
½ cup honey
1 minced clove of garlic
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
½ cup dry sherry or cooking sherry

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and simmer for 20 minutes. Stir occasionally. Pre-cook country-style spare ribs in small amount of water – pour off fat. Pour sauce over ribs and bake at 350 degrees for ½ to 1 hour. Baste occasionally until glazed. Sauce does thicken.
