1 pkg (18-1/4)oz yellow cake mix
2 Tbls water
1/3 cup butter or margarine softened
1 egg
4 cups miniature marshmallows
1 pkg (10oz) peanut butter chips
2/3 cup light corn syrup
1/4 cup butter or margarine
2 tsp vanilla
2 cups rice crispy cereal
2 cups salted peanuts

In mixing bowl,beat cake mix, water, butter and egg until blended (batter will be thick)
spread batter on greased 13x9X2 baking pan. Bake at 350º for 22-25 mins or until a tooth pick inserted in center comes out clean. Sprinkle with marshmallows, bake 2 mins more.
Place on wire rack while preparing topping. In a large sauce pan, combine the peanut butter chips, corn syrup and butter cook and stir over medium - low heat until melted and smooth. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla, cereal, and peanuts. Spread over marshmallows. Cool completely, cut with sharp knife.
