1 9" deep dish pie crust, unbaked
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp cloves
2 large eggs
1 15 oz can pumpkin
1 can evaporated milk
Whipped cream

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º.

Mix sugar, cinnamon, salt, ginger and cloves in a small bowl.

Beat eggs in a large bowl. Stir in pumpkin and spice mixture. Gradually add evaporated milk.

Pour mixture into pie shell.

Bake at 425º for 15 minutes, then turn the temperature down to 350º. Cook for an additional 40 to 50 minutes until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow to cook on a wire rack for 2 hours. Serve immediately or refrigerate. Top with whipped cream.
