1 c. Ketchup
1/2 c. Brown sugar, packed
1/2 c. Apple cider vinegar
1/4 c. Lemon juice
1/4 c. Molasses
2 tsp. liquid smoke
2 tsp. mesquite seasoning
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1/2 tsp. table salt
1/2 tsp. whiskey
1/4 tsp. black pepper

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together and bottle and refrigerate and use liberally on just about any sort of meat or poultry. I usually double the recipe and use an empty ketchup jar to hold the BBQ sauce.

10 minutes unless you're drinking all of the whiskey during prep

As Dave began getting into his smoking meats phase of his life, he discovered this BBQ sauce which has since been removed from Internet sites as the owner intended to manufacture it and bring it to the market. Now, I don't know if this sauce has ever come to the market for purchase...but it's the only sauce you will ever need ever again!
