3 lb country spare ribs
1 8 oz jar apricot preserves
1/3 cup Ketchup
1/3 cup vinegar
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp garlic salt

Directions:
Directions:
Boil ribs 45 minutes. Drain.
Mix all of the other ingredients. Pour half over the boiled ribs.
Bake 30 minutes @ 350 degrees.
Turn ribs over and coat with the remaining sauce.
Bake 15 minutes more.
