12 cooked lasagna noodles
1 lb hamburger
2 eggs
1 large jar pasta sauce
1 large carton small curd cottage cheese
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups mozzarella cheese
Onion, peppers and mushrooms, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Brown and drain hamburger. (Onions, peppers, mushrooms etc. can be added to browned hamburger if desired). Add pasta sauce and eggs to hamburger mixture. Use a 9x13 or larger pan to layer lasagna. Start by covering bottom of pan with sauce mixture. Next layer noodles, sauce, cottage cheese, cheddar cheese and top with mozzarella. Repeat layers 3 times.
Cover with foil and bake 45 minutes. Uncover and bake another 15 minutes or until cheese is brown and bubbly.
