1 stick of butter
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 20 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
5 slices bread, cubed

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating thoroughly after each addition, Fold in the pineapple (drained) and bread cubes. Pour into a greased 2 quart casserole. Bake uncovered at 350º for 1 hour.
