1 4-5 lb. deer roast
White vinegar
Sea salt
Seasoned salt
Pepper
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 cup soy sauce
1 can or bottle beer
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Potatoes, carrots, mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
Soak roast in vinegar and salt water overnight. Then take meat out of water and sprinkle all over with seasoned salt and pepper. Place in crockpot and pour soy sauce, soup and beer over meat. Sprinkle onion soup mix over meat. Cook on low for 8 hours. Potatoes, Carrots , mushrooms, etc. can be added and cooked with the meat. Makes a wonderful gravy!
