2 lb. ground chuck, browned and drained
1/2 stick butter
1 chopped onion
2 Tbsp. plain flour
2 cans beef consommé soup
2 Tbsp. ketchup
dash of Tobasco
1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper
1/2 cup sour cream
1 pkg. wide egg noodles, cooked

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef in large pan, take out of pan and drain, then melt butter in pan and saute onion. Add flour and stir, then pour in consommé and stir until thickened. Add other ingredients and put meat back in mixture and stir in sour cream. Serve over noodles or you can add noodles to mixture in pan.
