2 cans chicken broth
1 can corn
1 can black beans
1 can Rotel
1 can diced tomatoes
3 cups shredded chicken( 2 rotisserie chickens or 2 cans chunk chicken)
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 bottle beer
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in crockpot and heat on low for a few hours until hot.
Serve with tortilla chips and topped with sour cream and shredded cheddar cheese.
