4 pork chops
4 whole onions, peeled
5 small potatoes
4 tart, cored, peeled and sliced apples
½ cup water or wine
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Grease a casserole and lay the pork chops in the bottom. Put a cored, peeled and sliced apple on top of each chop. Put an onion by each chop. Work in the potatoes wherever you can squeeze them in. Mix the sauce with the water or wine and pour over contents. Bake for an hour at 325 degrees.
