Ingredients:
Ingredients:
4 pounds pork loin
2 2/3 cups ketchup
6 tablespoons vinegar
1 cup brown sugar
½ to 1 cup water
1 tablespoon hot sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Roast pork loin in oven or crock pot. If simmering on stove or in oven, increase water to 3 cups. The extra water will keep pork moist and it will shred easier. Trim fat and pull apart (appears shredded). Mix ingredients and pour over pork. Mix well. Continue to simmer in crock pot or oven stirring occasionally, about 1 hour.
