Ingredients:  
1 tsp olive oil
2 cloves of garlic
½ c. dry white wine
¼ c. fresh lemon juice
1 chopped tomato (or canned)

Directions:
Directions:
Put oil and galic in a pan and cook over medium heat until garlic browns
Add wine, heat until reduced by half, add lemon juice and tomatoes
Pour over cooked pasta of choice.
