3 pounds chicken wings, cut in half
2/3 cup molasses
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon maple syrup
2 teaspoons brown sugar
½ cup mandarin oranges and juice
1 teaspoon dry mustard
½ cup vinegar
1 onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
1 teaspoon ginger
1 stalk celery

Directions:
Directions:
Cut off tips of wings. Cook maple syrup, brown sugar, oranges and juice, mustard, vinegar, onion, garlic, ginger and celery until thickened. Add chicken, molasses, honey and maple syrup. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
