1 pound ground beef
1 teaspoon each salt and pepper
¼ teaspoon each basil, garlic salt, oregano
1 pound ricotta cheese
¼ pound (4 ounces) grated mozzarella cheese
¼ pound grated cheddar cheese
2 16-ounce jars spaghetti sauce
8 ounces noodles (rotini, rigatoni, etc.)
Parmesan cheese

Directions:

Brown hamburger, pour off fat. Stir in seasonings and ¾ of sauce. Mix in 3 cheeses, cook noodles, drain and add to mixture while still warm. Mix lightly and spread in 9 x 13 pan. Pour the rest of the sauce on top. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly – about 45 minutes.
