1 pound ground beef
2 eggs, slightly beaten
¼ cup milk
½ cup fine breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped

Directions:
Combine first 6 ingredients. Mix well. Shape into 1 ¼ inch meatballs. Fry in a skillet that has been sprayed with PAM. After meatballs are browned, drain excess fat. Add beef broth, mushrooms and onions. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Combine sour cream, flour and caraway seeds. Reduce heat on skillet, and add sour cream mixture. Cook on low heat so that cream doesn’t separate until mixture thickens and bubbles. Serve with buttered noodles or the side dish of your choice.
