4 large potatoes, cooked, peeled and cubed
2 cups cooked ham, cubed
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can of milk
½ small onion, finely chopped
2 tablespoons butter
¼ cup parsley flakes
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Pepper to taste; salt if ham isn’t salty.

Directions:
Directions:
To make sauce: sauté onion in butter; then add soup and blend in milk until smooth. Add parsley, cheese and pepper. Heat through. Combine sauce with ham and potatoes in a large casserole. Sprinkle top with additional Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for ½ hour or until very hot. Great served with a salad and a crusty loaf of bread.
