4 ounces dried beef, shredded
¼ cup butter
¼ cup flour
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 cups milk
Worcestershire sauce
Directions:
Directions:
Sauté beef in butter until the edges curl. Blend in flour and pepper. Gradually add milk and bring to a boil stirring constantly. Add Worcestershire sauce to taste. Serve on toast. Makes 4 servings.
