1½ pounds stew beef, cubed (pour a tablespoon or two of cider vinegar
over beef to tenderize)
10 ¾-ounce can cream of mushroom soup
10 ½-ounce can French onion soup
Cooked rice or noodles
Mushrooms, sliced (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except rice/noodles in a slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours, or on high for 4 hours. Can add mushrooms (fresh or canned). Serve over rice/noodles.
