2 small cans tomato sauce
1 small can tomato paste
1 pound ricotta cheese
8 ounce mozzarella cheese, shredded
Small can Parmesan cheese
1 large can whole tomatoes (cut with kitchen shears into quarters)
2 cloves garlic
1 onion, chopped
3/4 pound ground beef
1/4 pound ground pork
1 pound lasagna noodles
2 hard boiled eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the ground beef, pork, onion and garlic in a skillet
Add tomato paste, tomato sauce and whole tomatoes that have been quartered
Cook slowly over medium heat for 30 minutes
Cook the noodles in boiling, salted water with 1 tablespoon vegetable oil for 5 minutes
Spray a 9X13 baking dish with PAM
Start with a layer of meat sauce, then add noodles, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese
Add hard boiled eggs
Layer one more time ending with the meat sauce, mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese
Bake for 25 minutes covered with foil
Remove the foil and bake another 25 minutes
Allow the dish to rest for 10 minutes before serving
