2 rack of pork back ribs
dry rub
brown sugar
BBQ sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º.
Cut ribs into smaller sections (approx 3-4 ribs) and put dry rub over the ribs. Place single layer in a broiler pan. Add water to pan until roughly half the height of the ribs. Pack TONS of brown sugar on top of the ribs. Tightly cover pan with foil. Place in oven for 2½-3 hours.
Take ribs out and put on low heat BBQ grill for 10 mionutes continually slthering with BBQ sauce. Remove from grill cover with foil and let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
