Ingredients:  
Two pounds shrimp
Bring to a boil with:
2 cans of beer
a palm-full of pickling spice
8 to 10 shakes of Red Hot Sauce
1 tablespoon hot pepper seed
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
Cocktail sauce:
Ketchup
Horseradish
Lemon juice

Directions:
Put shrimp in boiling mixture. Turn off heat when shrimp just turns pink (about 2 - 3 minutes). Refrigerate when cool. Serve with cocktail sauce.
