1st layer:
1 c. flour
1/4 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c.butter
2 T. sugar

2nd layer:
1 c. powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 carton Cool Whip

3rd layer:
1 pkg Instant chocolate pudding
1 pkg Instant vanilla pudding
3 c. milk

4th layer:
Remaining Cool Whip
Chopped Walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Oven: 350º

First Layer: Cut in butter to flour, sugar, and nuts as for pastry. Pat in a 9x13" glass baking pan. Bake 350º for 15-18 min.

Second Layer: Mix all together and spread over cooled crust.

Third Layer: Mix puddings and milk together. Spread over 2nd layer.

Top with rest of Cool Whip and sprinkle with nuts.
