1 pkg. stuffing mix
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken, mushroom, or celery
1/3 cup sour cream or milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix stuffing mix with 1 2/3 cup water and set aside. Place chicken in 13x9 inch baking dish. Mix soup and sour cream or milk and pour over chicken. Spoon stuffing over top. Bake at 375º for 45 minutes. Cover with foil if the stuffing is turning too dark.

You can make it a one dish meal by adding veggies to the soup mixture before spooning it on the chicken. I've added a can of mixed veggies, broccoli, or whatever you have.
